Aim

The aim of this one day course is to demonstrate the power of Six Sigma, the impact it can have on improving a process, and the role it can (and arguably should) have within a process improvement programme.

This can be tailored to meet organisation’s requirements and is usually used as an introduction to the senior team before rolling Six Sigma out across a wider audience.

  • The Statapult Exercise and tool practice
  • Making the process a success
    • Different roles within a 6Sigma programme of continuous improvement
    • Running a DMAIC improvement project
    • The Project Charter
