company accreditation and delivery assurance

To guarantee the quality of the work delivered by Lighthouse Consultants, the leadership team has strived to gain recognition in two areas: How we deliver projects and how we develop our own talented people.

Thus in 2010, Lighthouse Consultants will achieve ISO9001:2000 accreditation for maintaining a robust consultancy delivery assurance manual, built around the principles of both PRINCE2 and ISO9001:2000.  This manual is designed to ensure that all consultancy and training programs delivered by Lighthouse Consultants conform to our own high standards and exceed the expectations of the client.

The full manual’s requirements include the following and each project utilises the documents as appropriate to the scale of the assignment:

a.    Project Charter
b.    Resourcing

  • Resource Plan
  • Risk Log
  • Work Plan

c.    Project Delivery

  • Weekly and / or Monthly Reporting, as agreed with the client

d.    Project Correspondence
e.    Project Closure

In addition to the quality manual, there is a formal employee manual, built around the principles of Investors in People and IIP Leadership and Management Model, which includes polices, processes and procedures for how teams are recruited, developed and managed during a consultancy project.  This ensures high quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
Lighthouse Consultants retained Investors in People in October 2009, IiP Leadership and Management Model in March 2007, and accreditation and membership of the Institute of Customer Service in August 2007.
